Nutrition Workshop

The date is set. This sunday, March 29th at 5:00pm I’ll be hosting our zone diet nutrition workshop. To sign up, click the workshop tab once you’ve logged on to the schedule.

As promised, we’ll set up a little diet challenge. But more importantly I’ll be giving you all the info you’ll need to properly implement the zone. Bring any questions you may have, and foods/food labels you are unsure of.
I’ll also be having a small open gym session on Saturday. If you have anything you’d like to work on, come in and play!
Lastly, I never commented on friday’s fight gone bad. It truly was inspiring to be a part of. Coming in to the gym and having no power and no lights could have been a road block for some, however the true character of crossfitter’s surfaced. No road block, no complaining, nothing but a mere variable in the workout. Again, just another of many examples where I’m proud to be a crossfitter!

Thanks for all the work you put into organizing this Jordan. Sorry I can’t be a part of the festivities on Sunday, but look forward getting the Coles Notes at a later date.

I’m sorry you can’t make it either. Is there anyone else who can’t make it that would like to take part?

I will unfortunately miss this too. Do you have any plans for another session?

I know there are many out there that can’t make it today, and want me to do it again. I will, but, it would really help if I knew who, other then of course Shelley and Shannon (thanks for the comments). So, given they are the two I am catering for, it looks like sometime thursday or friday. I’ll take time suggestions, and try to make it during a time everyone can attend.
