Be careful what you wish for! Jeremy was asking how come there were no photos of him on the blog. Drum roll………
Perhaps this is a sort of farewell, and not just for Jeremy, but for Caitlyn as well. Both will be out of town for some schooling. We will definitely miss you both! But both have promised to be back, so save the tears, and we’ll see you soon!

I’m so sad to be leaving! I actually got choked up on the way home from my last Crossfit session. Left my job after 8 months-no tears, left Crossfit after 1 month-sniffling alone in car like a big (and absurdly fit) baby? I think that just goes to show what an awesome program Crossfit is and even more importantly what an amazing group of people you guys got here. I don’t really know how to describe it but crossfitters seem to have this certain crazy-hardworking mental toughness and positive attitude that I just admire so much. It’s something that just feels good to be around. Hopefully I can sneak in another ski season and be back crossfitting this winter!
