Strength appetizer, strength desert

Back to some basic strength training. Many of you were all over our little strength cycle, well it’s not to be forgotten. We’ll be looking at 2 squat movements in one day. The Back Squat, and the Overhead Squat. Here’s what the plan looks like.

And, by the way, the bison orders have to be in by friday, so if you’re in, I need to know!
