Bison order?
WIth the demand of last year’s order, Karsten has asked us to get him our orders a little earlier. Basically to ensure that he can fulfill our order, and get everyone their freezer full of Bison goodness.
The starter box estimated costs are between $200-250, and is about 50lbs worth of grassfed bison. The price is $5/pound, and you get quite a variety of cuts. I don’t think we had 1 unhappy customer this fall, and we ordered over 20 boxes!!!!!
If you have questions, please let me know. I will get the official flyer soon, and will pass it on as soon as I do. The order won’t arrive until fall, I believe oct/nov time frame. Again, I will pass on info as soon as I know!
Speaking of info. I did hear back about the games. There aren’t many spots in total, so if you want in, then we need to send in your registration form. Don’t have one, I’ll email it to you, or you can do it here. Off the top of my head, you will all qualify for the beginner division. Except for Ru, as he is in the “good lookin” and expert category. FYI, he’s yet to have anyone to compete against, he’s in a league of his own….
You can scale in that beginner category if some of the buy ins are too high.
