Of course everyone got the below parallel squat, even if the photo didn’t capture it. No seriously, no sarcasm. And, all day long I witnessed the same. Good work all around!
And for the workout, one that needs no introduction. It may elicit fear, excitement, anger, and anything in between. From a personal standpoint, I like Fran.
