The Filthy Fifty
A CrossFit workout that has an appropriate name, the Filthy Fifty. Chalk it up as 500 movements, and any way you look at it, you’ll be breaking a sweat. This is a classic “chipper” style workout, I know that I’ve been waiting for this one to come up for sometime. There’ll be no skill work for this one today, it’ll be WOD prep, and go time.

Hey there!
Just got back from spending the afternoon with Shannon at the scandinave spa/contrasting baths. If any of you want a way to be good to your body that compliments all the hard WOD’s, treat yourself to their 3 month promotional pass…The euro styled hydrotherapy can speed up recovery time and move waste product from muscle metabolism through your system more efficiently. I think the discount ends tomorrow or on the 12th or something. It feels amazing…well after you get out of the cold water anyway maybe not during cause it is sort of a shocker!!! Shannon is more brave than I. Meow!

I just found a link that explains waste product from muscle metabolism and its path to elimination in a very simple way. I like that part but the explanation of fascia only gives a little insight in my opinion. Check this out….
