I’m a thief!

I was checking out my daily sites and blogs, when I saw this on CrossFit Vancouver’s site (crossfit.ca). It’s something I couldn’t help but steal! It’s right up my alley.

I can’t wait for this movie to hit the theaters. Wow, I’m a dork!
